PURPOSE: A vehicle number-based parking fee payment service providing method enhances user convenience by allowing a user to check his/her pattern of using a parking lot service based on an accumulated amount of parking fees during a certain period of time and swiftly pay the amount at ease either in cash or using a credit card at once; can be applied widely in a practical manner by accumulating parking fees and settling a payment for the fees with a vehicle number registered with and recognized by a parking lot device; and eliminates the inconveniences regarding coupons, bills, and parking sheets by registering them in an electronic manner.;CONSTITUTION: A number is registered by a user (S100). The accumulated amount of parking fees of a vehicle number recognized by a parking device in a partnership parking lot is received (S200).
