PURPOSE: An electromagnetic wave oscillator having a multi-tunnel and an electromagnetic wave generating apparatus including the electromagnetic wave oscillator are provided to increase the intensity of an electromagnetic wave outputted by interaction between an electron beam and the electromagnetic wave, by focusing the electromagnetic wave in the vicinity of the electron beam tunnel through an additional assistant tunnel.;CONSTITUTION: A first waveguide (130) has a folded structure which is repetitively folded in several times, and acts as a progress path of an electromagnetic wave. An electron beam tunnel (131) is arranged to pass through the first waveguide along the axial direction, and acts as the electron beam path. An assistant tunnel (139) is arranged to pass through the first waveguide in parallel with the electron beam tunnel along the axial direction. The assistant tunnel is arranged in the upper side or the lower side of the electron beam tunnel, or in the left or the right of the electron beam tunnel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
