PURPOSE: An organic-inorganic hybrid mesoporous material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have pores that are well arranged on a high surface area (560 m^2/g or greater) and have a constant pore size (25), and the pores are capable of synthesizing an organic-inorganic hybrid mesoporous silica material that is stable under an acid condition. CONSTITUTION: An organic-inorganic hybrid silica precursor is produced by using a silane compound, in which diaminomaleonitrile and a cyano group are functionalized, and aceto nitrile, and is represented by a chemical formula. A manufacturing method of an organic-inorganic hybrid absorber having a controlled adsorption/desorption ability of a drug comprises the steps of: producing a silica precursor (DUMN) including a diureylenemaleonitrile group that is cross-linked by using a silane compound, in which diaminomaleonitrile and a cyano group are functionalized, and aceto nitrile; mixing a structure-forming template of an organic material, the silica precursor (DUMN), and tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) to produce a silica/template complex including a cross-linked diureilenemaleonitrile group; removing the template from the silica/template complex including the cross-linked diureilenemaleonitrile group; and modifying a pore surface of the organic-inorganic hybrid mesoporous silica material including the cross-linked diureilenemaleonitrile group, from which the template is removed, with an amidoxime group.
