PURPOSE: PVA-Gel hydrogel according to the manufacturing method of hydro gel is provided to enhance the high potential bone reproducibility due to bio compatibility and mechanical characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of cross-linking polyvinyl alcohol - gelatin hydrogel for the bone regeneration comprises the first step that manufactures 10 to 20 weight of gelatin solution by 10 to 20 weight% of polyvinyl alcohol water solution by putting the polyvinyl alcohols (weight-average molecular weight 89,000~98,000 g/mol, hydrolysis ~98%) which shows bio compatibility to heat it at 90C and mixing gelatin to the ultrapure water; the second step that synthesizes the cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol - gelatin hydrogel by inserting griffin as a crosslinking agent after mixing the polyvinyl alcohol solution and the gelatin solution on 50:50 v/v%; and the third step of freeze-drying this for two hours at -80C, freeze-drying for a day at -70C and drying for 24 hours at room temperature after molding the cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol - gelatin hydrogel in the synthetic resin mold.
