PURPOSE: An automatic anticoagulant injection-type platelet concentration set is provided to fundamentally prevent the problem of nosocomial infection caused by blood leakage and to enable an operator to concentrate platelets at the opening part of a separation kit or at the opposite side of the opening part for the convenience of the operator. CONSTITUTION: An automatic anticoagulant injection-type platelet concentration set includes a blood collection syringe (10) sucking in or discharging blood through an opening part (13) by adjusting internal pressure. The automatic anticoagulant injection-type platelet concentration set additionally includes at least one among an anticoagulant container (20), which is configured to be connected with the opening part of the blood collection syringe through one opening part and contains an anticoagulant at the inside, and a red blood cell collection/adjustment container (30) which is configured to be connected with another opening part of the anticoagulant container through an opening part and contains nothing at the inside. The opening part of the blood collection syringe and the another opening part of the anticoagulant container are protruding types, and the one opening part of the anticoagulant container and the opening part of the red blood cell collection/adjustment container are recessed types.
