Construction: a content node (200) is classified into a fundametal compoment node, an information capacity node, a relay content node, and one second content node of the function according to each node. Fundametal compoment node receives the requirement to content from a user. Information capacity node provides the information content on a node store. Relay node relays a packet, request content and a packet is used for, for providing content. Second content node provides corresponding content according to the request of fundametal compoment node. One query service device (100) selects at least one second content node, is used for the request content among more second content nodes.
