PURPOSE: A synthetic fiber product having a moisture-permeable waterproof function is provided to give comfortability by being kept dry in any weather condition since waterproof capability is maintained perfectly for both inside and outside of a product without seam sealing. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a synthetic fiber product having a moisture-permeable waterproof function comprises a bio processing step(103) washing a semi-finished synthetic fiber product manufactured through a sewing work in an aqueous enzyme solution; a first drying step(107) drying the semi-finished product; a water-repellent dipping step(109) filling up sewing holes of a sewn part formed by the sewing work with a water-repellent by dipping the above-mentioned dried semi-finished product in the water-repellent; a second drying step(113) drying the semi-finished product with imperfection; a heating setting step(115) fixing the water-repellent in the semi-finished product by heating up the semi-finished product through the second drying step; a softening step(117) softening the semi-finished product with the water-repellent by washing with water containing a softener; and a product finishing step(123) obtaining a finished synthetic fiber product having a moisture-permeable waterproof function by finishing the product after drying the semi-finished product.
