PURPOSE: A foldable canopy frame and a canopy using the same are provided to facilitate the drainage of rainwater into a predetermined direction in case of rain by forming slopes on a canopy using a horizontal part and a slope part.;CONSTITUTION: A foldable canopy frame comprises four posts (100-400) and a plurality of connection frames. The post is perpendicular to the ground and includes fixed brackets (110, 210, 310, 410) and movable brackets (120, 220, 320, 420). The connection frames connect each post and includes asymmetry connection frames (130a, 140a, 150a, 160a, 330a, 340a, 350a, 360a) and a plurality of symmetry connection frames (230, 240, 250, 260, 430, 440, 450, 460, 630, 640, 650, 660). The asymmetry connection frames form the slope part by varying the length of an intersection connection point and the both ends connection point of a rod. The symmetry connection frames form the horizontal part by making the length of the intersection connection point and the both ends connection point of a rod to be equivalent to each other.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
