PURPOSE: A data synchronization method of a mobile terminal and an apparatus thereof are provided to synchronize the data of a mobile terminal by a motion inputted by a user through the mobile terminal.;CONSTITUTION: If a motion sensor detects a first motion which was set up in advance, a control unit (10) synchronizes data in response to the first motion. If the motion sensor detects a second motion which was set up in advance, the control unit synchronizes data in response to the second motion.
