PURPOSE: A sheave processing method is provided to reduce manufacturing time by individually processing a sheave body and sheave wings and assembling the sheave wings in the sheave body.;CONSTITUTION: A sheave processing method comprises a cylindrical sheave body (A) and two wings (B). The outer surfaces of the wings are inclined. Heat is applied to the wings to swell the wings. After the wings are cooled, holes formed in the wings are contracted, and the wings are assembled in the cylindrical sheave body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
