PURPOSE: Social service connection method and system of contents are provided to utilize a social service by providing its own profile information registered in its own social service to a contents provider.;CONSTITUTION: A user requests capture using a second terminal (150) for contents being played in a first terminal (140). A service server (110) acquires profile information of the user from a social service server in which the second terminal or the user is registered. The service server receives the image or video captured from a media server (120) and provides the image or the video to the second terminal. The service server receives the capture request information including identification information of contents from the second terminal and delivers the capture request information to the media server. The media server captures the image or video of the contents according to copyright information of the contents that the user request for capture.
