PURPOSE: A single layer capacitive touch device for multi-touch sensing is provided to differentiate touch on two points using the same with a single layer, thereby expanding/contracting a map or a picture with low cost.;CONSTITUTION: A single layer capacitive touch device for multi-touch sensing includes linear signal electrodes (121) and nonlinear signal electrodes (123). The linear signal electrodes and the nonlinear signal electrodes are alternately arranged. Voltage applied to both ends of the linear signal electrode is longitudinally and linearly varied. Voltage applied to both ends of the nonlinear signal electrode is longitudinally and nonlinearly varied. Areas longitudinally formed on the nonlinear signal electrode are different, and the voltage applied to the nonlinear signal electrode is longitudinally varied into the shape of a quadratic function.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
