REBOOTING PROCESSING UNIT FOR A PORTABLE TERMINAL, FACILITATING REBOOTING, AND A METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A rebooting processing unit for a portable terminal, and a method thereof are provided to enable the portable terminal to be rebooted by analyzing and reflecting the causes which include several successive resets and unbootability due to occurrence of problems in the portable terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A driver monitoring unit (10) detects a device driver which is a cause of a deadlock in which a portable terminal is abnormally operated, and generates the information about the deadlock which includes the identification information of the device driver. A log comparison unit (50) boots a system by inactivating a device driver which is indicated by the identification information including the deadlock information during a rebooting process.
