PURPOSE: An air conditioner and a front cover of an outdoor unit for cooling devices are provided to discharge the hot air blowing by an exhausting fan in an upward direction relative to the blowing direction by including a guide piece in which an upward inclined unit is formed in the upper or lower part of an exhausting hole formed in a panel member.;CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner and a front cover of an outdoor unit for cooling devices comprise a panel member (21), an exhausting hole (22), and a guide piece (23). The panel member is connected to the front surface of a case (11). The exhausting hole is formed in a slot hole shape positioned in the front surface of the panel member in a horizontal direction and a plurality of exhausting hole is vertically arranged. A plurality of guide pieces is vertically positioned in the upper or lower part of the exhausting hole, guides the hot air by an exhausting fan, and an upward inclined unit is formed to be discharged in an upward direction relative to the blowing direction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
