COOLING APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING DEMENSIONAL TOLERANCE OF INJECTION MOLDING PRODUCTS

PURPOSE: A cooling device for maintaining the dimensional tolerance of injection molded products is provided to perform the injection molding and the cooling of the injection molded products with a cooling protrusion unit in a continuous processing cycle as four cooling protrusion units are protruded from the upper surface of a base frame in a row. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device (1) for maintaining the dimensional tolerance of injection molded products comprises a base frame (10), a cooling protrusion unit (20), and a cooling medium fluid path (30). The cooling protrusion unit is protruded from the upper surface of the base frame and the injection molded product is engaged with the cooling protrusion unit after an injection molding process. The injection molded product is compulsorily cooled by the dimension which is greater as 0.1-8 mm than the dimension in a plan of the product in a forward direction. The cooling medium fluid path is equipped on the base frame and cools the cooling protrusion unit as a cooling medium flows.
