PURPOSE: A low heat concrete composition is provided to implement low hydration heat expression property and high intensity by having an optimal combination ratio with reducing a use of cement and using large amount of fly ash as the substitute material of cement. CONSTITUTION: A low heat concrete composition comprises cement, fly ash, superplasticizer, water, and an aggregate. 50-65 weight% of fly ash is included compare to 100 weight% of cement. The unit content of water of the concrete composition is 100-130 kg/m^3, and 28 days concrete compressive strength value is more than 27 MPa. The ratio of water and cement (mass rate) of the concrete composition is 0.30-0.35. The concrete composition comprises 100-130 kg/m^3 of water, 150-200 kg/m^3 of cement, 150-220 kg/m^3 of fly ash, 750-820 kg/m^3 of fine aggregate, 1050-1150 kg/m^3 of coarse aggregate, 3-5 L/m^3 of superplasticizer.
