PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of iron-manganese hydroxide absorbers is provided to effectively remove halogen based compound which is harmful for human body and is generated from various factories by using transition metal hydroxide as a chemical absorbent and to have excellent chemical adsorption at relatively various temperatures and higher space velocity than existing ion exchange resins or metal oxide absorbers. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of iron-manganese hydroxide absorbers comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixed solution in which gel is formed by heating mixed ion of iron salt, manganese salt, distilled water and base; aging the mixed solution while injecting cooling water after adding the mixed solution to a reactor; and washing and sintering the matured reactant after obtaining the same.
