The control unit controls the operation of the rope driving units according to the measurement of the leveling extent measuring unit. A leveling device for a vehicle(20) at a stationary state to maintain its leveling state includes the plurality of ropes, the plurality of rope driving units, a leveling state measuring unit, and a control unit.
