PURPOSE: A Zr group amorphous base composite material with a soft resin is provided to implement a fine structure which is mixed with a crystal phase and an amorphous phase by using an in-situ method. CONSTITUTION: A Zr group amorphous base composite material with a soft resin is composed of 40-60% of the volume fraction of a crystal phase. The crystal phase includes a resin phase whose average size is 10-35 um. The volume fraction of the crystal phase is 45-50%. The average size of the resin phase is 15-30 um. The Zr group composite material is composed of, in atom%: Ti: 10-15%; Nb: 3-10%; the sum of at least one which is selected among Cu, Ni, and Be: 20-30%; and the remainder Zr and other inevitable impurities.
