PURPOSE: An air permeable multi-hole ceramic setter is provided to improve the workability in plastic process and the quality and yield of ceramics for electronic components by forming air permeable multiple holes in the plate.;CONSTITUTION: Multiple holes (20) are formed in the plate of an air permeable multi-hole ceramic setter. The diameter of the multiple holes is 0.1-1 mm, and 100-1000 holes are formed per the plate size. The shape of the air permeable holes is one selected from a circle, a triangle, a square, a hexagon, an octagon, an ellipse, a slit, a trench, and line width. The shape selected from the slit, the trench, and the line width has line widths 0.1-10mm. The material of the setter is one selected from among alumina, zirconia, mullite, and cordierite, and the setter is manufactured using 80-99.7% pure powder of the material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
