MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A HIGHLY FLAME RETARDANT HYDROPHOBIC ORGANIC AND INORGANIC COMPOSITE CAPABLE OF MANUFACTURING A COMPOSITE BY USING INORGANIC AEROGEL, ORGANIC MELAMINE FOAM AND IMIDE FOAM, PU, PE, AND PET FOAM
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a highly flame retardant organic and inorganic composite manufactures highly flame retardant organic and inorganic composite with high flame retardancy, excellent mechanical strength, flexibility, and hydrophobicity by impregnating a liquid silica precursor into soft foam with excellent hydrophilicity and low strength.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a highly flame retardant organic and inorganic composite with hydrophobicity comprises a step of manufacturing a silica precursor (S100); a step of compounding the silica precursor and soft foam (S200); a step of drying the product (S300); and a step of making the dried product hydrophobic (S400). The soft foam includes at least one of melamine foam, imide foam, flame retardant PU, PE, or PET.
