PURPOSE: A method, a terminal device, a server, and a computer-readable recording medium for providing an order by referring to touch time on a mobile browser are provided to variously input user's intension by controlling the selection time of a link or a button, thereby accurately presenting the concern degree of the button or the link. CONSTITUTION: A touch recognition determining unit (210) determines the selection with respect to a button or a link that is displayed through a mobile browser, and measures the duration time of selection with respect to the button or the link. An order performing unit (220) performs a mapped order by referring to the duration degree of selection time with respect to the button or the link. The order is mapped on the duration degree of the selection time. If the selection time continues more than the set time, the order performing unit performs the order which is mapped on the type of sequence action which reacts after the selection action.
