PANEL COMBINED WITH TRADITIONAL KOREAN PAPER AND NATURAL MATERIAL, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A panel is provided to deliver the texture and beauty of Korean traditional paper to the texture and beauty of natural material as a style of painting.;CONSTITUTION: A panel (1) comprises: a lower acryl plate (11); traditional Korean paper (12) arranged with the same area on the lower acryl plate; an upper acryl plate (14) arranged on the korean traditional paper, having the same area with the lower acryl plate; more than one natural material (13) selected among fallen leaves, fresh flower, petal, wild grass, and flowering plant etc., which are comprised between the Korean traditional paper and upper acryl plate, or between the lower acryl plate and Korean traditional paper. A manufacturing method of the panel comprises the steps of: laminating the lower acryl plate, the Korean traditional paper, the natural material, and the upper acryl plate in order between a lower heating plate and an upper heating plate; heating the upper and lower heating plates until the surface becomes 150-200 deg C; welding the Korean traditional paper and natural material between the lower and upper acryl plates by pressurizing the upper and lower heating plates at 700-1400 kg/cm^2; and cooling a panel comprising the lower and upper acryl plates, Korean traditional paper, and natural material which are integrated after separated from the upper and lower heating plates.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
