WOODEN MOLD MANUFACTURING METHOD USING A POLYSTYRENE FOAMY PARTICLE WHICH IS LOW-FOAMED INTO SMALL PARTICLES IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE DURABILITY OF A WOODEN MOLD AND A WOODEN MOLD MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME
PURPOSE: A wooden mold manufacturing method using a polystyrene foamy particle and a wooden mold manufactured by the same are provided to improve abrasion resistance, shock resistance, and molding precision by being used in a high humidity condition without deformation.;CONSTITUTION: A wooden mold manufacturing method using a polystyrene foamed particle comprises a polystyrene foamy particle manufacturing step (S10), an aging step (S40), a foamy particle injecting step (S50), a foamboard molding step (S60), a lamination attaching step (S70), a fixing step (S80), and a cutting step (S90). The foamboard molding step molds a plate-shaped foamboard by sealing a mold, injecting high temperature steam of 100-110°C into the mold, melting the surface of a foamed particle, and welding the foamed particle to the mold.
