ANALYSIS METHOD OF CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PLANNING VALIDATION SIMULATIONS

PURPOSE: A customer request and functional requirements analysis method for a ship and offshore production planning verification simulation is provided to support a prior verification, decision making during processes and post management by simulating optimal conditions on a production process/method verification, an equipment and arrangement optimization/verification and a production management optimization regarding ships and offshore plants. CONSTITUTION: Customer requests are collected and analyzed which are required for planning verification simulation of ship and offshore production. Functional requirements are analyzed which are required to be developed and realized in order to meet the analyzed requests. The implemented functions of the functional requirements are classified by year based on weighting about priority and developing difficulty and a development plan of the implemented functions is made. After obtaining refined implemented functions by repeatedly analyzing the customer requests and the functional requirements, the implemented function items are grouped based on the similarity and relation of the implemented functions. A scenario including specific examples about the implemented function requirements is generated.
