PURPOSE: An environmentally friendly construction method capable of perfectly collecting all kinds of contaminant molecules and waste flowing in a river or a lake and purifying river water and a removal system of a point contamination source and a non-point contamination source applied to the same are provided to prevent stored water from automatically flowing out in a drought and efficiently purify the contaminated river water flowing from the point contamination source and the non-point contamination source to the river by using the power of natural.;CONSTITUTION: A removal system of a point contamination source and the non-point contamination source includes a suspended solid collecting container (9002), a discharge path (8007), a discharge path opening and closing floodgate (8009), a dust removing device (9000), an adsorbing device (9110), and an organic compound collecting device (9112). The suspended solid collecting container is comprised by installing a collecting box (8001) on the front surface of a cut-off wall (1200) of a multifunctional movable weir floodgate (80) in a U shape. The discharge path is installed on one lower end of the suspended solid collecting container and discharges river water flowing from the upper region of a river. The discharge path opening and closing floodgate is connected to the suspended solid collecting container. The dust removing device collects floating wastes flowing into the suspended solid collecting container. The adsorbing device adsorbs the organic suspended solids with small specific gravity which floats to the upper part of the suspended solid collecting container.
