PURPOSE: A dynamic item purchasing service providing method and a server thereof are provided to change the purchasing price of item for each user or periodically, thereby improving the access frequency of an item shop of users.;CONSTITUTION: A purchase authority information generating unit (11) receives the purchase input of a purchasing option item from a user terminal. The purchase authority information generating unit generates the purchase authority information capable of purchasing the item corresponding to the purchasing option item and transmits to a user. A price change data generating unit (13) generates the price change data of item and transmits the data. A purchasing option item administration unit (12) manages the purchase authority information and the price change data for each user. The purchasing option item administration unit transmits the purchase authority information and the price change data to a user terminal. A purchase input receiving unit (14) receives the purchase input of the item from the user terminal. An item purchase controlling unit (15) subtracts the item price from the game money which the user possesses.
