PURPOSE: A multipurpose phantom for evaluating a 3-dimensional dose is provided to measure a dose on the neck and head using a position control phantom.;CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose phantom for evaluating 3-dimensional dose includes sub-phantoms (30, 40, 50) and a lower main phantom (20). The sub-phantom has a space for mounting a dose meter. The lower main phantom includes a lower sub-phantom insertion hole for inserting the sub-phantoms. The lower main phantom has a part corresponding to the brow part of the face and a part corresponding to the cervix of a human body.
