PURPOSE: A film of an ion selective electrode recognizing an alkylammonium ion and an ammonium ion using dihydroxo-tin (IV) pyridylporphyrin and an ion selective electrode including the same are provided to improve sensing properties of dihydroxo-tin (IV) pyridylporphyrin solution in respect to the ammonium cation or the alkylammonium ion. CONSTITUTION: A film of an ion selective electrode recognizes an ammonium ion or an alkylammonium ion including a predetermined compound. The dihydroxo-tin (IV) pyridylporphyrin of a form of water solution has excellent sensing properties in respect to the ammonium ion or the alkylammonium ion, thereby effectively utilized for an ion selective electrode recognizing the alkylammonium ion or the alkylammonium ion.
