PURPOSE: A call control method of a mobile communication terminal including an image input device and a terminal performing thereof are provided to determine the call fast and conveniently, when the mobile communication terminal rings.;CONSTITUTION: A change of eyes on face and the eye status of face in an image inputted by a recognition software and image input lens are compared on a real-time basis (A104,A105). The call is determined by comparing a call determination list followed by the eye status of face in the image inputted by the image input lens and the predetermined eye status (A106,A107).
