PURPOSE: A variable transformer using a transmission line transformer is provided to increase the output power by linearizing the operation using changes in current which flows adaptively to the input power.;CONSTITUTION: A variable transformer using a transmission line transformer (100) includes a differential amplifier (110), a transmission line transformer (120), and a matching circuit (130). The transmission line transformer comprises a primary side transmission line connected to ground and a secondary side transmission line which supplies a first source voltage and a second source voltage. The differential amplifier connects multiple transistors, to the gate of which different bias voltages are applied, in parallel and outputs a phase-inverted signal by amplifying the difference between the first source voltage and the second source voltage. The matching circuit matches the phase-inverted output signal outputted from the differential amplifier. The differential amplifier phase-inverts and amplifies the output signal outputted from a first driver and a second driver and outputs the amplified signal to the matching circuit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
