PURPOSE: A structure for supporting a driving shaft of a swash plate type compressor is provided to prevent a complicated work forming a fixing groove in a predetermined depth inside a center bore by forming a press stopper inserted to be attached/detached in a state in which one opened part of the other side of the center bore.;CONSTITUTION: A support member of the structure for supporting a driving shaft of a swash plate type compressor comprises a driving lace (310), a fixing lace (320), a thrust bearing (330), a press stopper (340), and a spring member (350). The driving lace is installed to one side of a center bore (210) of a cylinder block (200) and rotates in a state to be in contact with the driving shaft together. The fixing lace is separated from the driving lace. The thrust bearing is interposed between the driving lace and the fixing lace. The press stopper is inserted to be attached/detached in a state in which one opened part of the other side of the center bore.
