PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling the position of the cooling chamber of a cooling tower is provided to control the position of a cooling chamber to be adjacent to the surface of a thin film, thereby maximizing the cooling efficiency of the thin film.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling the position of the cooling chamber of a cooling tower include a body (110), a support body (120), a gear body (130), and a driving motor (150). The body is formed so that the thin film vertically passes through the center. The pair of support bodies is installed on the one side of the upper portion of the body so as to direct to the surface of a thin film and to be moved inward or outward, and multiple cooling chambers are arranged on the inner surface of the support bodies.
