PURPOSE: A resource allocation method for D2D (device to device) communication in a cellular mobile telecommunication system can perform flexible and effective resource allocation having small down link control channel using capacity of a base station.;CONSTITUTION: Operation information including information of at least one resource allocation pattern available for a D2D communication link is provided to terminals performing D2D communication for each terminal and D2D communication link (S410). A buffer status report is received from a terminal performing the D2D communication (S420). An indicating value indicating at least one of resource allocation patterns with reference to the buffer state report is transmitted (S430).
