PURPOSE: A method for producing standard signals in an analog/digital mixing beam forming system and a device thereof are provided to maximize mixed analogue/digital beam forming gains at a predetermined direction for a main analog/digital beam circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION: A base station determines an analog beam forming direction (505). The base station determines a digital beam forming direction for the determined analog beam forming direction (510). The base station determines a digital beam forming pre-coder for the determined analog/digital beam forming directions (515). The base station transmits down link reference signals for each analog beam forming direction (520). The base station receives a feedback from a terminal (525).
