PURPOSE: An apparatus for vertically arranging a pinch roll is provided to use the difference value of the measured distance between the displacement sensors, which is respectively attached on the lower end of upper end of the pinch roll, and the connection line of the vertically located weight, thereby computing the inclined angle of the pinch roll.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for vertically arranging a pinch roll includes a pinch roll (100), a fixture jig (200), a weight (300), a first displacement sensor, a second displacement sensor, and a controller (600). The upper and lower rolls are installed to the pinch roll, respectively. The fixture jig is attached to one end of the axis direction of the upper roll or the lower roll. The weight is connected to the upper end of the fixture jig by a connection line and forms a gravity direction reference line. The first displacement sensor is coupled to one surface of the upper side of the fixture jig, and measures the distance (d1) to the connection line. The second displacement sensor is coupled to the one surface of the lower side of the fixture jig so as to correspond to the first displacement sensor, and measures the distance (d2) to the connection line.
