PURPOSE: An axial flow type cyclone dust collector is provided to realize a small static pressure loss and improve the efficiency of dust collection by optimizing mutual geometric relationships among respective components.;CONSTITUTION: An axial flow type cyclone dust collector comprises a main body (10) and multiple guide wings (20). The main body has a rotating cylindrical part (11) in which a dust-containing gas is rotated and moved; a dust-containing gas inflow pipe (12) and a dust-removed gas exhaust pipe (13), which are respectively disposed at front and rear ends of the rotating cylindrical part along the axis; and a dust-collecting port (14) which is provided at a region of the rear end of the rotating cylindrical part to guide the exhaust of the centrifuged dust. The inner diameter of the rotating cylindrical part is within the range of 1.5 to 1.6 times the inner diameter of the dust-containing gas inflow pipe. The guide wings are disposed between the dust-containing inflow pipe and the rotating cylindrical part in the main body to provide a rotational centrifugal force to the dust-containing gas flowing into the dust-containing gas inflow pipe. The guide wings are radially arranged while each of the guide wings has a wing angle varying from an inflow angle of 0° to 5° at the front thereof to an exhaustion angle of 75° to 80° at the rear thereof with respect to the axial of the rotating cylindrical part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
