PURPOSE: A crash box using a hydro-forming method is provided to minimize damage to a vehicle body by expanding and joining inner and outer pipes using a hydro-forming method and uniformly absorbing shock energy delivered to the front and rear sides of the vehicle body.;CONSTITUTION: A crash box (100) comprises an outer pipe (110) and an inner pipe. The outer pipe forms the appearance of a crash box. The inner pipe is welded to the inner surface of the outer pipe.
