PURPOSE: A sintered alloy for a valve sheet and a valve sheet manufacturing method using the same are provided to increase the solid lubricous properties and to improve the illumination and a surface condition of the valve sheet.;CONSTITUTION: A sintered alloy for a valve sheet includes 0.8-1.2 wt% of C, 2.0-4.5 wt% of Ni, 3.0-5.0 wt% of Cr, 16.0-20.0 wt% of Mo, 9.0-13.0 wt% of Co, 0.05-0.15 wt% of V, 0.2-0.8 wt% of S, Fe and unavoidable impurities, and MnS. The total weight of the sintered alloy includes 0.5-2.5 wt% of MnS. The size of the MnS is 12 um or less. The MnS includes 60-65 wt% of M and 35-40 wt% of S.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
