PURPOSE: An electro-wetting liquid lens panel manufacturing method using an oil bag technique is provided to control the occurrence possibility of bubble generated within a chamber.;CONSTITUTION: A first panel prepares a first transparent circuit board in which each cell is separated. The first panel attaches a transparent adhesive film (101) at one side of the first transparent circuit board. The first panel is combined with a first transparent separation plate (102) at the one side of the transparent adhesive film. The first transparent separation board forms a common transparent electrode. The first panel is combined with a first cell separation wall (104).
