NO CEMENT HIGH INTENSITY AMORPHOUS REFRACTORY MATERIAL WHICH IMPROVES COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH AND BEND STRENGTH WITHOUT THE USE OF A CEMENT OR A PHOSPHATE GROUP BINDER
PURPOSE: A no cement high intensity amorphous refractory material is provided to have the task mobility, the excellent drying and sintering intensity by including a flameproofing agent mixture, an alumina sol, and a barium aluminate, and a dispersing agent.;CONSTITUTION: A no cement high intensity amorphous refractory material comprises a flameproofing agent mixture which includes Al2O3 and SiC, an alumina sol, a barium aluminate, and the dispersing agent. The alumina sol is manufactured by hydrolyzing and polymerizing of a boehmite slurry. 0.1-10 parts by weight of the alumina sol is included based on amount of alumina about 100.0 of the flameproofing agent mixture. The barium aluminate is the barium aluminate or a precursor thereof which is synthesized with solid phase method by having barium carbonate and alumina as main component. 0.1-10 parts by weight of the barium aluminate is included base on 100.0 of the flameproofing agent mixture. The dispersing agent is selected from polycarboxylate ether group and polyacryl group. 0.02-1 parts by weight of the dispersing agent is included base on 100.0 of the flameproofing agent mixture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
