摘要
PURPOSE: An absorption equilibrium testing device of an absorbent and a method thereof are provided to reduce carbon dioxide emission rate and to remove hydrogen sulfide by testing absorption rate of the absorbent used for absorption and isolation of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide contained in synthetic gas generated by gasification of fossil fuel. CONSTITUTION: An absorption equilibrium testing method of an absorbent comprises the following steps: (S11) increasing temperature of an air thermostat bath; supplying nitrogen to a mixing gas reservoir and an absorption reaction tub and refining so that other reactant cannot be penetrated; charging carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide in the reservoir at constant pressure; (S12) filling absorption solution into the absorption reaction tub with required amount; increasing temperature of the air thermostat bath up to the appropriate temperature; stirring the absorption solution inside the absorption reaction tub; supplying carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide from the reservoir to the absorption reaction tub; (S13) supplying carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide stored in the reservoir with the predetermined concentration; detecting concentration of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide supplied in the absorption reaction tub in real time basis; and (S15,S16) detecting concentration of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide absorbed into the absorbent by comparing concentration value of the detected carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide with the concentration value of the carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide supplied in the absorption reaction tub. [Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) End; (S11) Increasing temperature of an air thermostat bath; (S12) Filling absorption solution into the absorption reaction bath; (S13) Supplying carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide stored in the absorption reaction bath with the predetermined concentration; (S14) Detecting concentration of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide supplied in the absorption reaction bath; (S15) Comparing concentration value of the detected carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide firstly supplied in absorption reaction bath; (S16) Detecting absorption degree of the carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide absorbed in absorption solution
