MECHANICAL PENCIL CAPABLE OF ROTATING A MECHANICAL PENCIL LEAD

PURPOSE: A mechanical pencil capable of rotating a mechanical pencil lead is provided to solve the problem of cumbersomely rotating a mechanical pencil by using a rack.;CONSTITUTION: A mechanical pencil protruding a mechanical pencil lead with a push comprises a main body part (100) for supporting components, an input part (200) for pushing a mechanical pencil lead to an output part (300), an output part for protruding a mechanical pencil lead to enable writing, a fixing part (400) for fixing a mechanical pencil lead inside the main body part, a pinion (500) for rotating and fixing a mechanical pencil lead, and a rack (600) formed outside the main body part to rotate the pinion. A hole corresponding to the diameter of a mechanical pencil lead is perforated on the middle part of the pinion to fix a mechanical pencil lead to the pinion of the mechanical pencil. The teeth of the rack in gear with the pinion are arranged sparsely so that the rack can be separated easily by pushing the input part. The rack converts the translation of the rack into the rotation of the pinion to rotate a mechanical pencil lead.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
