PURPOSE: A jig for processing holes by dividing into equal parts and a method for processing the holes equally divided by using the same are provided to shorten a process for forming the holes as a plurality of holes is formed on a base material to be equally divided. CONSTITUTION: A jig (200) for processing holes by dividing into equal parts comprises a drill hole (260), a mounting groove (210), and a pin (240). A drill (11) of a machine tool is penetrated through the drill hole of the center of the jig. The mounting groove is formed on the front top of the drill direction. The mounting groove is formed in order for the center of the drill of the machine tool and the mounting groove to be eccentric. The mounting groove is formed in order for a pinhole (230) and a fixing hole (220) to be connected. The pin comprises a first block and a second block. The first block forms an inner groove in which an elastic member is connected and is connected to the pinhole. The second block is connected to the rear of the first block and is fixed to the rear surface of the jig through a bolt.
