PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of azodicarbonamide uses the oxidation reaction of a hydrazo dicarbon amide, has a simple process, and is environment-friendly by not forming harmful materials.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing of azodicarbonamide comprises a step of manufacturing azodicarbonamide by the reaction of hydrazodicarbonamide and ozone under the presence of a catalyst. The reaction is conducted at 5-90°C. The catalyst is a compound selected from hydrofluoric acid, fluoride salt, hydrochloric acid, hydrochloride, bromic acid, bromate, iodic acid, iodide, and a compound generating a fluorine ion, a chlorine ion, or a bromide ion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
