PURPOSE: A Doppler lidar device and an operating method for a Doppler lidar device are provided to sensitively measure the characteristics of a wind field using general laser by obtaining the direction and speed of the wind.;CONSTITUTION: A Doppler lidar device (100) comprises a transmitter (103), a receiver (105), and an analyzer (107). The transmitter extracts each of the transmission lasers with a different wave from laser shot from the laser part and irradiates the extracted transmission lasers on an object in different directions. The receiver receives scattered signals which are backscattered from the object corresponding to the transmission lasers.
