PURPOSE: An electromechanical power manipulator with a differential holding force minimizes an unnecessary holding force by using a permanent magnet divided into a common permanent magnet and an eccentric permanent magnet to be combined to each other.;CONSTITUTION: The body of a manipulator is made of a fixed metal core (10). A moving element (20) is formed on a passage formed at the center of the fixed metal core to move back and forth in first and second directions. A first coil (40) is install in the axial direction of a common permanent magnet to operate the moving element in the first direction. A second coil (50) is installed in the opposite direction of the common permanent magnet to operate the moving element in the second direction. An eccentric magnet (60) provides a holding force in the second direction of the moving element.
