PURPOSE: A device for processing particulates is provided to effectively capture, recover, count and analyze particulates through the two-way flow of fluid along a flow path.;CONSTITUTION: A device for processing particulates comprises a flow path (20); a multiple filter part placed in the flow path; and fluid transfer parts (P1, P2). The multiple filter part has two or more membrane structures which have openings with different shapes for passing fluid and are placed in a flow path solely or together.
