PURPOSE: A fluorescent body is provided to combine with nanoparticles in which a dielectric thin film is coated, thereby increasing internal quantum efficiency of the fluorescent body without quenching.;CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent body (100) combines with nanoparticles in which a dielectric thin film is coated. The nanoparticle is anyone among gold (Au), silver (Ag), aluminum (Al), platinum (Pt), copper (Cu), and palladium (Pd). The dielectric comprises anyone among SiO2, TiO2, Al2O3, and Plasma Polymerized Fluorocarbon (Plasma Polymerized Fluorocarbon). The nanoparticle has one shape among sphere, polygon, and cylindricality. The thickness of the dielectric thin film is 5-20 nm. A light emitting diode (200) comprises a fluorescent body layer combining with the nanoparticles in which the dielectric thin film is coated. The fluorescent body combines with the light emitting diode in semiconductor postprocessing by encapsulant (180).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
