PURPOSE: A heat control module is able to operate properly in a high temperature environment without a separate coolant.;CONSTITUTION: A substrate (110) includes at least one electrical element. A first sealing unit (120) surrounds the substrate and includes a phase shift unit (223) which shifts the phase according to the heat generation of the element. The phase shift unit contains at least one among an n-Paraffin group, pentaerythritol, polyethylen, acet amide, naphthalene, and stearic acid. A second sealing unit (130) surrounds part of the first sealing part and prevents the heat from being delivered from the outside to the substrate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
